We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at PIXELS BY OBRINCE. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after the initial design has been submitted.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. But there is always an UNLIMITED REVISIONS to ensure satisfaction.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).  Creative service is always fulfilled according to the original/initial description of the Client.

It is important you contact the PIXELS BY OBRINCE as soon as you are unhappy so we can work out on any miscommunication.

Return Policy

PIXELS BY OBRINCE offer services. The 50% deposit is a payment for the service rendered, and not the actual product or final file. The final file is sent when the final payment is done.
